Hello, I’m John Pasha Shaik

I have been an enthusiastic member of Toastmasters since March 2020. Throughout my Toastmasters journey, I have served as the Vice President – Education of Madhapur Toastmasters Club for two consecutive years, as well as President and Area H4 Director, demonstrating my commitment to leadership and effective communication. Under my leadership, Area H4 achieved the status of Distinguished Area.

I chose to join Toastmasters to overcome my fear of public speaking and to enhance my leadership skills. Over the years, I have found that the supportive environment of Toastmasters has significantly boosted my confidence, honed my communication abilities, and expanded my network of like-minded individuals. Toastmasters has been instrumental in my personal and professional growth, empowering me to take on new challenges and succeed in various roles.

As the Division G Director, I am excited to continue my journey of growth and inspire others to achieve their full potential through the Toastmasters program.

I work as a Finance Practice Lead at Automus Consulting India Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad. Prior to this, I worked with IT MNCs such as Birlasoft, Wipro, Oracle, and Accenture. Beyond Toastmasters, I am passionate about reading biopics and non-fictional books, traveling, writing small Telugu poetry, and blogging.
